An Audience with Philippa Holloway

Join us for a session with Philippa Holloway – award-winning author and academic, teaching Creative Writing at Staffordshire University. We’ll be chatting about the runaway success of her début novel, The Half-Life of Snails – set in both Anglesey and Ukraine – and about how she’s managed to wrap the whole debate about nuclear power into such a tense tale of human connections and communities in their surrounding landscapes. But we’ll also be talking about the success of her global writing project, 100 Words of Solitude, about Philippa’s new collection of short stories, and maybe about her latest passion – archery!
